What You'll Be Doing:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise base maintenance activities on company and customer aircraft.
- Supervise maintenance inspections, repairs, and modifications in accordance with company standards and Transport Canada regulations.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are properly recorded and documented.
- Enforce safety rules and actively promote safety awareness and compliance across the workplace.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized maintenance environment aligned with company standards.
- Provide instructional and technical support to AMEs, apprentices, and crew chiefs to support professional development.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance Planner regarding scheduling, priorities, and progress of assigned work.
- Liaise with Maintenance Operations Control (MOC) regarding aircraft serviceability and availability.
- Ensure timely requisition of parts and materials required for non-routine maintenance.
- Participate in the Safety Management System (SMS) and perform Quality Assurance (QA) functions as required.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying gaps or required changes to standard operating procedures and internal policies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:
- M1 and M2 Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) License.
- Four to five years of related aviation maintenance experience.
- Previous supervisory experience is considered a strong asset.
- Thorough knowledge of aircraft systems and Transport Canada regulations.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and maintenance-related software.
- Ability to support, strengthen, and promote safety and quality initiatives.
