About the role
This position focuses on organizational excellence by leading the development, governance, and continuous improvement of product strategies, standards, and programs that support efficient operations, regulatory compliance, and sustainable revenue growth. Working from Central Office, the role ensures consistency, optimization, and alignment of gaming products with SIGA’s corporate objectives, regulatory framework, and guiding principles.

Provide strategic leadership and oversight for SIGA’s casino gaming product portfolio, including Slots, ETGs, and Live Table Games, from concept through implementation and ongoing optimization.

Lead the enterprise‑wide review, development, and maintenance of policies, procedures, standards, and product governance frameworks impacting gaming products and casino operations.

Serve as the organizational subject‑matter expert and repository of best practices for gaming product management, performance optimization, and innovation.

Develop and implement standardized systems, programs, and protocols to manage risk, reduce duplication, and promote consistency and efficient use of resources across all casinos.

Collaborate with casino operations, technical services, finance, procurement, and regulatory partners to ensure products meet operational, financial, and compliance requirements.

Monitor product performance and operational outcomes, using data and analytics to inform decision‑making, capital planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Provide effective leadership and sound decision‑making to resolve complex, cross‑functional, and SIGA‑wide product and operational challenges involving multiple stakeholders.

Ensure all gaming products and related operations comply with applicable legislation, regulations, agreements, and internal corporate direction.

Lead, coach, and supervise assigned staff, fostering strong working relationships and ensuring team members have the tools, knowledge, and support required to succeed.

Model SIGA’s values and present a positive, professional image of the organization internally and within the broader community.

Lead or contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Senior Vice‑President, Operations and/or the Assistant Vice‑President, Gaming Operations.

Successful completion of a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline such as Business Administration, Gaming Management, Operations Management, or a related field.

Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred.

A relevant professional designation is considered an asset, including but not limited to:
- Gaming Management certification
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Other relevant operational or technical certifications

Minimum of five (5) years of progressive management experience in a gaming, hospitality, or regulated operational environment, including experience with:
- Enterprise or multi‑site operations
- Annual budgeting cycles and capital planning
- Product or program management across diverse operational settings

Demonstrated knowledge of:
- Gaming operations and product management principles
- Project management methodologies and best practices
- Regulatory frameworks governing casino and online gaming
- The Gaming Framework Agreement (GFA), Casino Operating Agreements (COA), Online Gaming Operating Agreement, and applicable Terms and Conditions

Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across organizational boundaries.
