Bilingual Senior Account Manager, Commercial Insurance

? 40 hours per week with a one-hour unpaid lunch break.

? Hybrid role with approximately 90% remote work and 10% in-office attendance for team meetings and events.

Responsibilities:

? Provide a consultative client experience to support clients in making informed decisions regarding their professional insurance needs.

? Build and maintain client relationships by understanding their unique requirements and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell insurance products.

? Refer clients to internal teams including Personal Insurance, Commercial Enterprise, and Life and Benefits, when appropriate.

? Manage a high volume of renewals by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including insurance companies, account executives, assistant account managers, and marketing teams.

? Collaborate with an Assistant Account Manager on policy administration tasks, including applications, renewals, endorsement changes, cancellations, re-marketing activities, and claims application initiation.

? Maintain accurate client records and interactions within the Broker Management System and other company portals.

? Support clients through multiple communication channels in a fast-paced environment.

? Act as a liaison between clients and insurance companies regarding underwriting concerns and provide underwriting guidance.

? Support financial operations by assisting with invoicing, payment collection, and account reconciliation activities.

What you will need to succeed:

? RIBO license required (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario certification).

? Bilingual in English and French to support clients, stakeholders, and business activities in both languages, including quarterly travel to Québec.

? 5-7 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Underwriting, or related roles within an insurance brokerage or insurance company.
