Delivery Lead / Tech Lead (Java/.NET)
About the role
Job Title: Onshore Delivery Lead / Tech Lead (Java/.NET) Contract Toronto- Hybrid
We are looking for an experienced Onshore Delivery Lead / Tech Lead to lead application development and coordinate delivery across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in Java or .NET technologies along with experience in Agile delivery and team leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end application delivery and ensure timely project execution. Provide technical guidance to development teams working on Java or .NET applications. Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and offshore development teams. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables. Coordinate task assignments and ensure high-quality software delivery. Review technical solutions, code quality, and best practices. Support issue resolution and drive continuous process improvements. Required Skills 8+ years of IT experience with application development. Strong understanding of Java or .NET technologies. Experience leading development or delivery teams. Hands-on knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Ability to perform Scrum Master responsibilities when required. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with distributed/onshore-offshore teams. Scrum Master certification is a plus. Experience in enterprise application delivery.
