Hardware Designer General Function The Hardware Designer will contribute to the development of new products and related engineering activities.

Key Responsibilities Design and implement electronic circuits for new products Document design work and technical specifications Participate in electronic and mechanical design reviews Collaborate with the low-level software team on hardware bring-up and battery management algorithms Develop test plans to ensure product quality in production Work with external development partners Support product certification activities Ensure smooth transfer of new products to production Collaborate with production teams on product maintenance Support Engineering Change Requests (ECRs)

Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (or equivalent experience) Minimum 5 years of experience in circuit design and embedded systems development Fluent French Mandatory. Technical Skills Experience with electronic design tools (Altium considered an asset) Strong interest in new technologies Project management experience is an asset Soft Skills Strong team player with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary, fast-paced environment Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Structured, autonomous, and adaptable Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality Innovative mindset and ability to troubleshoot effectively Bilingual French & English
