NSCI is establishing a dedicated pilot-scale facility for the manufacturing and commercialisation of its proprietary Hydroelectric Cell (HEC) — an electrochemical energy-conversion platform designed to demonstrate advanced clean-energy and hydrogen-generation principles through specially engineered material systems.
