Our client is a growing supplier and distributor within the HVAC industry, providing equipment, parts, and technical solutions to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers throughout British Columbia. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an HVAC Sales Representative to join their team.
Your New Role
As the HVAC Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships while driving new business opportunities across your assigned territory. Working closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, you will provide technical recommendations, quotations, and sales support to help clients find the best solutions for their HVAC needs.
This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
What You'll Need to Succeed
2+ years of experience in HVAC sales, technical sales, outside sales, or a related industry. Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, systems, and industry terminology. Proven ability to generate new business and grow existing accounts. Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory. Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering Technology, or a related field is considered an asset. HVAC industry experience or technical training is highly desirable.
