What you will be doing:
- Supervise the daily operations of In-Room Dining, ensuring service excellence at all times
- Lead, coach, and support the team to deliver Forbes 5-Star service standards
- Ensure all orders are prepared, delivered, and presented accurately and on time
- Monitor quality, presentation, and consistency of all food and beverage items
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
- Coordinate closely with Culinary, Stewarding, and Front Office teams to ensure seamless service
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and support training and development of colleagues
- Assist with scheduling, payroll, and administrative duties as required
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of all In-Room Dining areas and equipment
- Uphold all health, safety, and liquor regulations
- Support inventory control, ordering, and cost management
- Other duties assigned
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- Previous Food & Beverage experience, preferably in In-Room Dining or a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Passion for guest service and luxury hospitality
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of POS systems (e.g., Micros) is an asset
- Valid Serving It Right certification
