At Wallis for Wellness, we're looking for an exceptional Diagnostic Medical Sonographer who is passionate about patient care, excited by innovation, and inspired by the opportunity to become a Bone Health Specialist.
This is more than an independent contractor position. It's an opportunity to help deliver the Wallis for Wellness Beyond the Scan Experience—an innovative model that combines advanced bone health technology, patient education, interdisciplinary collaboration, and prevention to help Canadians better understand and take ownership of their musculoskeletal health.

You'll have the opportunity to
✔ Become a Bone Health Specialist through comprehensive REMS training and mentorship. ✔ Work with REMS (Radiofrequency Echographic Multi Spectrometry)—an innovative, Health Canada-approved, radiation-free bone health assessment technology. ✔ Deliver a patient experience that goes far beyond the scan by helping people understand their results and feel confident about their next steps. ✔ Work from our Burlington headquarters or travel throughout Ontario as part of our REMS Road Trip program, supporting boutique clinics, physician practices, corporate wellness programs, community events, and other collaborative healthcare settings. ✔ Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, physiotherapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, pharmacists, kinesiologists, dietitians, exercise professionals, and other healthcare professionals who share a passion for prevention. ✔ Help shape innovative preventative health initiatives while enjoying flexibility, variety, independence, and ongoing professional growth. The Opportunity
This independent contractor opportunity is ideal for someone looking to complement an existing role while becoming part of an exciting and growing organization. One day you may be working from our Burlington headquarters. The next, supporting a physician-led clinic, delivering assessments at a corporate wellness event, or participating in a community health initiative. As our clinics, corporate partnerships, and community programs continue to expand across Ontario, so will opportunities for professional growth. Comprehensive REMS training will be provided.
Your Responsibilities
Perform high-quality REMS bone health assessments. Deliver an exceptional patient experience. Support clinics, corporate wellness programs, and community events throughout Ontario. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Participate in educational events and community outreach. Help us build Canada's premier preventative musculoskeletal health program.
