Job Description As an integral part of the home and community care team, you will support, encourage and provide independence for patients in their homes and community setting by assisting with activities of daily living. Candidates must possess a valid Personal Support Worker Certificate and a clear Vulnerable Sector Screen. Proficiency in languages such as Mandarin, Cantonese, Portuguese, Ukrainian, or Russian is considered an asset.
