As a Prep Cook, you will ensure your team's success by following specifications and guidelines to ensure product quality and portions are met. You will execute the preparation of all ingredients so that your team can deliver iconic culinary experiences to our guests that are consistent and world-class. As a Prep Coach, you are responsible for your team's delivery of a consistent and crafted product and leading through genuine warmth and care, providing our guests with memorable and Iconic culinary experiences. In this role, you will maintain a pristine environment, and ensure the highest quality product. As a coach and mentor, you will motivate and inspire those around you to directly impact their continuous learning, growth, and development. Requirements 1-3+ years culinary experience (If you have potential and less experience, we still want to meet you) A passion for culinary and creating world-class experiences A desire to learn and grow through personal and career development An entrepreneurial mindset.
