Job summary
This role operates within our highly collaborative Operational Excellence - Business Analysis functional group, responsible for the delivery of new core functionality, enhancements, and defect fixes within the suite of Johnston Group applications, its ecosystem and other enterprise applications. The Supervisor, Business Analysis provides leadership, coaching, and operational oversight to the Business Analysis team while ensuring the successful delivery of business and technology initiatives. This role is responsible for developing team capability, managing workloads and priorities, establishing Business Analysis standards, and fostering strong partnerships across business and IT teams. This role contributes to complex initiatives, continuous improvement efforts, and the advancement of Business Analysis best practices across the organization. *Hybrid working model based out of our Winnipeg, MB office, with three days in-office per week. Qualifications: Degree, diploma, or certification in Business Analysis, Computer Science or related field Minimum five years’ experience in Business Analysis Previous leadership, supervisory, or managerial experience with a demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and support employees is required Demonstrated experience leading complex business and technology initiatives Experience with Lean, process modeling, continuous improvement, or Agile methodologies Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in data analysis with strong capabilities in Excel and PowerBI Strong understanding of databases, SQL, and systems development concepts Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to recommend corrective actions Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and with employees from diverse backgrounds The successful candidate must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
