Then we are looking for you! POSITION We are seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to join our HRIS team and support the ongoing evolution of our Workday system. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert for the system and partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, configure scalable system solutions, provide day to day support to the organization, and ensure data integrity within the system. COMPENSATION & ROLE DETAILS: Expected Salary Range: $80,000 to $95,000 CAD , depending on experience and qualifications Location: Hybrid (Markham, ON) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Actively collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and recommend scalable system solutions meeting business needs * Perform hands-on configuration, testing, and documentation of Workday solutions to implement new functionality and enhancements * Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot complex system issues and defects * Provide day to day Workday system support for a global userbase, including ticket resolution, audits, data uploads (EIBs) * Develop dashboards and advanced, matrix and composite reports that address business needs * Continuously identify opportunities to enhance and optimize processes within and outside the system using Workday capabilities * Stay current on new system features, updates and best practices and share insights with the team to facilitate continuous improvement * Create and deliver system training tools (i.e. process documentations, training sessions, communications) JOB QUALIFICATIONS: * Minimum 3+ years of strong hands on configuration experience is required in 3 or more of the Workday modules: Integrations, core HCM, Absence & Time Off, Advanced Compensation, Recruitment, Reporting, Security, Talent * Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and explain technical concepts in practical terms * Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills * High attention to detail with a focus on ensuring the accuracy and integrity of sensitive data * Excellent prioritization and time management skills * Solid understanding of Human Resources processes and concepts WHAT WE OFFER * Competitive salary and bonus programs * Employee share purchase program after 6 months * Eligibility for tuition reimbursement program after 6 months * Competitive vacation programs * Health, vision, dental and other benefits from day 1 BUSINESS UNIT: Corporate - HR SCHEDULED WEEKLY HOURS: 37.5 NUMBER OF OPENINGS AVAILABLE: 1 WORKER TYPE: Regular MORE ABOUT JONAS SOFTWARE: Jonas Software is a leading provider of enterprise management software solutions, serving a wide range of vertical markets including hospitality, healthcare, construction, education, personal care, fitness, leisure, moving and legal services, to name a few. Requirements
