Job summary
The Human Resources Associate will be responsible for providing transactional HR support to the team. Responsible for ensuring that all HR-related administrative duties are completed in a timely and accurate manner. This role supports the entire employment lifecycle with clerical and data management tasks. Other duties involve maintaining accurate, up-to-date HR filing systems and personnel records, and drafting reports. Other duties will be assigned as necessary. Key Responsibilities: Ensure hard copy filing, electronic filing, and archiving is up to date. Enter all new employees into various HR systems, including the HRIS (ADP). Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the Human Resources Information System (ADP) by ensuring all employee data is entered and updated accurately and confidentially. Maintain LMS system (Learning Management System) and book and organize in-house and external training courses. Ensure employee records are up to date and alert managers when statutory training is due. Process new members to the benefits systems and arrange paperwork for payroll. Prepare and produce appropriate contractual documentation and written correspondence in relation to internal transfers, terminations, and variations of employment. Take all reasonable steps to ensure appropriate confidentiality. Essential Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) Strong organizational skills Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
