Job summary

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced landscape construction Foreman to join the Jones Outdoor Living team. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for construction and coordinating the daily activities of our projects. You will work with a designer and/or Project Manager and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Duties: - Read and interpret construction plans - Supervise and coordinate the work of construction crews - Provide guidance and direction to team members, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately - Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines - Collaborate with Project Manager to develop project schedules and budgets - Utilize construction management software, such as LMN & Dext, to track project details and communicate with team members - Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control standards are met - Oversee the implementation of safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations Requirements: - Experience in a leadership role within the construction industry - Strong knowledge of landscape construction - Ability to effectively supervise and manage a team - Strong organizational and time management skills - Knowledge of budgeting processes and cost control measures - Familiarity with quality control procedures in landscape construction projects If you have the skills and experience required for this position, we invite you to apply.
