Lead maintenance personnel, manage external contracts, and coordinate building-related projects and emergency responses. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical) with 10 years of experience, including 3-5 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management skills are essential, and OIQ membership is considered an asset.
