We are now accepting applications for a Retail Store Manager! The Retail Store Manager position is a multi-faceted position encompassing a range of customer service, sales, employee management, product management, and store operational requirements. As a manager, you will be committed to fulfilling Jump.ca’s purpose of creating amazing experiences for our customers, our employees, and our communities. A successful manager must have a high energy level that is demonstrated on the sales floor while providing direction and leadership for others. You must have the ability to motivate and coach others to a higher level of success and accountability. You must have a high sense of urgency, be able to set priorities, meet deadlines, and remain calm in stressful situations. You must be dedicated to creating amazing customer experiences through the execution of policies and processes. Customer service must always be top of mind. Previous retail management experience is an asset. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Maintain a high level of customer service Manage and motivate a team to increase sales and efficiency Recruitment, hiring, and scheduling Maximize employee performance with training and coaching Inventory management and maintenance Implement company policies and procedures Respond to customer complaints and concerns Fulfill operational requirements such as checklists, receiving and transferring, etc Must be ASP Certified Strong customer outreach track record and skillset Willingness to work evenings and weekends
