Clean and disinfect floors, windows, walls, bathrooms, and other areas, and remove waste and snow or ice from walkways and parking areas. Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs, move heavy items, care for plants and grounds, and contact tradespersons when major repairs are needed.

Clean and disinfect floors, windows, walls, bathrooms, and other areas, and remove waste and snow or ice from walkways and parking areas. Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs, move heavy items, care for plants and grounds, and contact tradespersons when major repairs are needed.

Requirements

Requires a secondary school graduation certificate and 1 to less than 2 years of experience. The role requires physical capability to handle loads up to 23 kg, work under pressure, a valid driver's licence, a driver's abstract, and a criminal record check.
