If you take pride in leading a professional team and delivering results, this role is for you. We are hiring a Site Supervisor for a prestigious AAA downtown Vancouver office and retail location. Your Schedule Mainly Monday to Friday Some evenings and weekends as needed Your Role on the Team You are one of three site leaders. You report to the Site Manager and work closely with the Assistant Site Manager as your daily partner. Together, you share responsibilities, support each other, and present a united front to clients and your team. What You Will Do Every Day — Supervise the team and operations; check quality, staffing, and cleaning logs; be the main contact for Property Management and clients; coordinate coverage with the Assistant Site Manager. Every Week — Build the schedule with the Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager; check staffing needs; order supplies; attend team and client meetings. Every Month — Audit supplies; review service hours; plan staffing; complete work requests and escalate as needed. Always — Keep up with safety training (WHMIS, Bloodborne Pathogens); follow all WorkSafe/WCB health and safety rules. What You Bring We hire for skills and experience — not credentials alone. Backgrounds in facilities, custodial, property services, or related fields are all welcome. Experience supervising custodial or facility teams in a commercial setting Knowledge of health and safety rules, including WHMIS and WorkSafe/WCB Comfortable working within a team leadership structure — as a leader and as a peer Clear communicator with managers, clients, and team members alike Skilled in scheduling, supply management, and inventory Proactive — you know when to act and when to involve the Site Manager Comfortable using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) You lead by example.
