Personal Support Worker (PSW) Position Summary: The PSW provides essential personal care and support for all students, ensuring a safe, hygienic, and respectful environment. This role plays a key part in upholding the daily functioning and physical well-being of students in a school that values dignity, inclusivity, and compassion. Key Responsibilities Student Support: Provide personal care to all students, including toileting, hygiene, and feeding as needed Work individually and in small groups with students to implement their IEP goals Classroom Support: Support classroom cleanliness and sanitation Facilitate play and engagement activities Professionalism and Work Habits: Participate in extracurricular events and school assemblies Demonstrate consistent punctuality and attendance, including staff meetings Uphold and model Jewish values, sensitivities, and professional appearance Foster a positive and respectful school culture Works collaboratively with the team
