Job Description The Renovator Sales Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth within the Renovator customer segment by developing and executing strategic market plans, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role serves as the organizational leader and subject matter expert for the Renovator segment, partnering closely with Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams to expand market share, increase customer retention, and deliver long-term value. For this position, you will receive a base salary plus annual bonus Responsibilities Develop and execute a long-term strategy to grow the Renovator segment across the organization. Drive sales, margin, and market share growth within the Renovator segment. Build and maintain strong relationships with key Renovator customers and prospects. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the Renovator customer base. Partner with Sales Associates, Senior Account Managers, and District Sales Managers to support customer growth and retention. Monitor segment performance and communicate results, opportunities, and action plans to stakeholders. Serve as the organizational leader and subject matter expert for the Renovator segment. Provide market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive analysis to support future business strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience. Support the development and execution of programs and initiatives that strengthen Kent's position within the Renovator market. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the building supply, construction, or home improvement industry. Demonstrated success developing and executing growth strategies for specific customer segments or markets. Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence customers and internal stakeholders. Experience identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive sales growth. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends, customer insights, and performance metrics. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and locations. Strong understanding of the Renovator market and customer needs is considered an asset. About Us Founded in 1882, J.D.
