Looking for a role where your work truly matters? As a Paratransit Driver in Hazelton, you will support community members by providing accessible transportation between cities. You’ll provide safe, reliable, and respectable transportation while offering the kind of support that makes every ride feel personal. What You’ll Do: * Safely transport passengers between cities * Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and securing mobility aids (if needed) * Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness * Operate a two-way radio and manage fares accurately * Maintain a safe and harassment-free environment for everyone * Report any incidents, vehicle defects, or passenger safety concerns * Fuel, wash, and check fluid levels of the vehicle * Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle as required by Provincial legislation and record any minor vehicle defects onto the vehicle daily What We’re Looking For: * Valid Class 1 or Class 2 Driver's License - would also consider license upgrades for applicable candidates. * Ability to pass the required enhanced criminal record check, and drug & alcohol test * Provide a clean driver's abstract * Ability to work independently and interact politely with the public and staff * Physically able to perform all job duties * Exceptional customer service skills Bonus Points if You Have: * Previous taxi or shuttle driving experience What We Offer: * Permanent, Casual: opportunity to move into a full-time position in the future * Monday – Saturday Shifts available (3.5 –8-hour days) * Hourly Wage: $30.35 per/hour About Keolis: Keolis provides mobility to over 3.4 billion passengers annually across 15 countries, operating everything from commuter trains and automated metros to shared bicycles.
