Job details

KerlHive is a venture operated and managed by Heelheid Ventures Studio LLC. KerlHIve helps experienced nurses and experienced caregivers across the US, Canada, and the UK build independent care practices. We provide the coaching, community infrastructure, and business frameworks that make that transition possible. Our programme is live, our community is active, and we are now looking for the right person to lead it from the inside. ABOUT THE ROLE The Community and Conversion Lead is the human heartbeat of our private WhatsApp community. This is not a moderation role and it is not a customer service role. It is a relationship role. You will know who in the community is close to making a move. You will know who has gone quiet and why. You will know what to say to bring someone back into the conversation without it feeling like pressure. And over time, as your understanding of the community deepens, you will take on one-on-one sales calls with prospective members, guiding them toward enrolment through genuine, consultative conversation. The person who thrives in this role is someone who has built real engagement in an online community before and understands that the difference between a group that is alive and one that is simply full of members comes down to daily, intentional human contact. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Owning the day-to-day management of our private WhatsApp community of nurses and caregivers Building relationships with members, tracking their progress, and keeping engagement consistent and meaningful Identifying members who are disengaging and re-engaging them with targeted, personal outreach Moderating and supporting our weekly live group coaching session, ensuring members show up prepared and feel supported Handling inbound inquiries from prospective members and moving warm leads into a sales conversation Conducting one-on-one enrolment calls with prospective members, qualifying and converting them consultatively as your call volume grows Tracking and reporting on community health, member engagement, and conversion performance on a regular basis Working closely with the founding team to flag patterns, surface feedback from the community, and contribute to how the programme evolves WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Demonstrable experience managing or growing an active online community, whether on WhatsApp, Facebook Groups, Discord, Slack, Telegram, or a similar platform Natural ability to build trust and warmth in written one-on-one and group conversations Comfort moving a conversation from relationship to decision without feeling like a sales person Strong written English communication that is clear, warm, and human Self-directed and dependable in a fully remote, asynchronous environment Availability that aligns reliably with US and Canada timezones Familiarity with the nursing, caregiving, or broader healthcare space is a significant advantage and will reduce your onboarding time considerably WHAT YOU WILL NOT NEED TO DO Follow a sales script Cold outreach to strangers Manage advertising or paid campaigns Handle clinical or medical queries COMPENSATION AND TERMS Fixed monthly retainer Fully remote, contractor position US and Canada timezone availability is required HOW TO APPLY Please do not submit a generic CV without reading this description fully. We are looking for a specific kind of person for a specific kind of role, and we want your application to reflect that you understand both. Full application instructions are on our careers page.
