We’re looking for a roll-up-your-sleeves person to join our team and build a career as a Senior Operations Associate in Waterloo, Ontario. Description Responsible for all duties necessary to support warehouse, delivery and technical teams. The Senior Operations Associate is a key role to ensure our success of our operations within location. Responsibilities Coordinates and assist in operations activities including warehouse, delivery and technical; Capable of fulling task without supervision or support; Ensures proper functioning of small satellite branch (no management on site). This list is not exhaustive. Any other related duties as may be assigned by the line manager. Total Rewards: CAD $49,900.00- $68,640.00 annually. Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors. Requirements: Qualifications Post-secondary studies preferred; Minimum 3 years in similar operations role; Valid Driver's License and clean drivers abstract; Strong mechanical aptitude – previous electronic/plumbing/electrical experience. COMPETENCIES Bilingualism in concerned provinces; Knowledge of MS Office software; Strong communication (verbal, written); Excellent customer service skills; Ability to handle a physically demanding job with heavy lifting (up to 50lbs). Requirements

Post-secondary studies are preferred, along with at least three years of experience in a similar operations role. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record, mechanical aptitude, strong communication and customer service skills, Microsoft Office knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; bilingualism is required in applicable provinces.
