What you will do: Proactively manage customers while keeping in mind their requirements, and increase sales through the promotion of the new equipment and products. Regularly meet with customers to assess their satisfaction and make changes to their account in order to grow his/her territory. Collaborate with the Business Development Representative when a new case is given in order to understand the customer’s expectations. Create business propositions outlining the benefits and added value of our company. Close the sale, sign the agreements, and ensure after-sale service Ensure the proper execution of the transaction Meet the territory’s sales goals (sales volume, number of visits, customer retention) Conduct monthly business reviews of his/her territory with concrete actions to grow it. Promote new products Update the CRM on a continuous basis Stay abreast of innovations, the competition and the market Ensure customer satisfaction Ensure high quality go-to-market Collaborate with the sales and operations team Develop her/her knowledge of the coffee industry and equipment Become an ambassador for our brands This list is not exhaustive. Total Rewards: CAD $57,100.00 - $75,900.00 annually Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors. Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility.
