Our programs follow the curriculum established by the Ontario Ministry of Education. We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic OSSD Teacher with expertise in Business and/or Social Science to teach BBB4M (Introduction to International Business) and/or CGW4U (World Issues: A Geographic Analysis). The successful candidate must be available for live online classes during the daytime, between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging live online lessons for BBB4M and/or CGW4U. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Ontario Curriculum and Growing Success. Plan and adapt lessons to meet different learning styles and student needs. Work effectively with students from different countries and time zones. Thoroughly assess and grade student assignments and provide constructive, timely feedback. Monitor and report on students’ academic progress and overall development. Support students in achieving their learning goals and maintaining high academic standards. Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities. Maintain professional and ethical standards in all interactions with students, parents, and colleagues. Requirements Subject Matter Expertise in BBB4M and/or CGW4U is mandatory. Previous teaching experience in Business and/or Social Science subjects. Experience working with the OSSD curriculum; curriculum development experience is an asset. Strong understanding of the Ontario secondary school curriculum. Ability to adapt teaching approaches to different learning styles and needs. Experience teaching students from diverse cultural backgrounds and different time zones. Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills. A responsible and student-focused approach to teaching. High standards of integrity and professional conduct.
