Join Keystone Automotive Operations as a Delivery Driver and take the wheel in one of the most essential roles in our distribution network. In this full-time position, you'll deliver top-brand aftermarket auto, RV, and marine parts directly to our customers, providing friendly and dependable service. Position Highlights $1,000 Retention Bonus! (Paid $500 at 6 months + $500 at 12 months of continuous employment) Hourly raises of up to $0.50/hour available at 60 days, 6 months, and 1 year based on performance Consistent weekday schedule – never work weekends Drive well-maintained company vehicles equipped with heat and A/C Join a fast-growing company that values safety, service, and teamwork Key Responsibilities Load, secure, and unload products using proper handling techniques Verify orders and communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams Maintain a clean and professional appearance Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety standards Be 21 years of age or older Have a valid driver's license Have at least 6 months of experience driving a 15 ft. box truck, or bigger Have no motor vehicle violations within the last 24 months Able to lift freight up to 75 lbs.
