We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated Real Estate Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate transactions and a passion for providing exceptional support in real estate legal matters. As a Real Estate Paralegal you will: Prepare residential real estate files in their entirety including conveyancing and mortgage documents Correspond with clients, lenders, condo managers, law firms and other relevant parties Work closely with the supervising lawyer and other team members Prepare reports to clients, lenders and other relevant parties Our ideal candidate would be an experienced and energetic real estate paralegal that can succeed working independently and in a collaborative team environment. Strong attention to detail, excellent time management and communication skills, and an eagerness to learn are imperative to success in this role. Minimum Requirements: Experience with mortgage instructions from all lenders. Experience with Protocol, Conventional and title insurance closings for resale transactions, new home purchases and new condo purchases. Preferred Qualifications: Three (3) + years of experience handling residential real estate files in Alberta.
