Kidco Construction is seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Front-End Loader Operator to join our Basement Excavation Division. Our Ideal Candidate: * Has 2+ years of experience operating a Front-End Loader in a construction setting * Skilled in backfilling and loading trucks * Possesses reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license * Able to work effectively in a team environment * Capable of performing physically demanding tasks such as bending, crouching, lifting, and climbing in and out of trenches * Adaptable to a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines What We Offer: * Competitive Compensation: Pay increases for strong performers * Overtime Pay: After 8 hours each day and 44 hours per week * Vacation/Holiday Pay: 9.6% of each cheque * Full Benefits Package: Provided by Open Circle, covering dental, vision, health care, prescription medication, and life insurance.
