Kinetic Construction Ltd. has an opportunity within our Victoria site for a Construction Safety Officer (CSO) OFA Attendant to provide and promote a positive safety culture and working environment that educates, coaches and supports our crews, sub-trades, and clients. The wage for this position ranges from $30.00-$40.00 per hour based on skills and experience. Wages are paid out weekly. The Construction Safety Officer will promote a positive safety culture by educating and coaching crews, sub-trades, and clients on-site. They are also responsible for creating safe work plans and performing general labor tasks as required.

Candidates must hold an Advanced Occupational First Aid certification and be willing to obtain all necessary safety certifications. Previous construction knowledge is preferred, along with the ability to work independently in various outdoor weather conditions.
