You've managed escalations across teams and locations and come out ahead Available to travel regularly between store locations across the Vancouver area Willing and able to jump onto the retail floor or café counter as a working team member during peak periods, callouts, or launches. When something went wrong on your watch, you tell us what you did about it and what changed after You build leaders, not just manage them. Your Store Managers' growth is a measure of your success You build the playbook as the network grows. Where there's no process yet across stores, you're the one who creates it You think like an operator across the whole district. Retail, optical, and café aren't separate problems, they're one business You measure yourself by results: revenue, retention, community presence, across every store, not just your best one COMPENSATION The expected annual salary range for this position is $104,800 - $135,200.
