Job Title: Director of Global Workforce Operations Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We're looking for an experienced Director of Global Workforce Operations to lead and scale workforce processes across employees, contractors, EOR workers, and distributed teams. This leadership role will focus on building efficient, compliant, and connected workforce operations that support KOMP's continued global growth. Key Responsibilities Lead global workforce operations and service-delivery processes. Oversee onboarding, workforce administration, and operational governance. Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Product teams. Improve workforce visibility, workflows, and operational controls. Support workforce expansion across new countries and markets. Establish operating standards, metrics, and service-quality frameworks. Drive process automation and continuous operational improvement. Lead and mentor workforce operations teams. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in workforce operations, HR operations, global mobility, or related functions. Experience supporting international or distributed workforces. Strong understanding of global workforce models and employment operations. Experience with HR technology or workforce-management platforms preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional stakeholder-management skills. Apply today: [email protected]
