Learn more at kordovatek.com Role Description Kordova Tek is hiring two Associate Account Executives for TorqueAI. The role is responsible for conducting qualified product demonstrations, following up with prospective customers and closing new business, primarily through Microsoft Teams and phone. This is a hybrid role based in Ontario. Most work, including demonstrations, follow-ups and training, is completed remotely. Team members are generally expected to attend in person approximately once per week for meetings, collaboration and coaching. Sales Development Representatives generate and qualify opportunities. Associate Account Executives manage the sales process from the initial demonstration through follow-up and closing. The role involves working directly with fleet owners, managers, and transportation professionals evaluating TorqueAI for their businesses. Strong communication, product knowledge, consistent follow-up and accurate CRM management are required. Responsibilities Conduct TorqueAI product demonstrations for qualified prospects Identify prospect requirements and demonstrate relevant product capabilities Follow up after demonstrations and manage opportunities through closing Respond to product, workflow and pricing questions Maintain accurate opportunity records in the CRM Participate in product training, demo reviews and sales coaching Coordinate with Sales Development Representatives and other internal teams Report recurring prospect feedback to management Qualifications Strong verbal communication and presentation skills Comfortable conducting software demonstrations through Microsoft Teams Organized and consistent with follow-up Comfortable discussing pricing, responding to objections and closing sales Able to learn and present a detailed software product Able to manage multiple active opportunities Accountable for individual activity and sales targets Able to attend in-person meetings in Ontario approximately once per week Previous experience in technology, sales, customer service, or freight is an asset but not required. Compensation Expected annual OTE: $65,000–$90,000 CAD Hourly base compensation plus performance-based commission Qualified demonstrations provided by the Sales Development team Product training and sales coaching provided remotely OTE represents expected total compensation based on working hours, sales performance, customer contract value and quota attainment. Actual earnings may vary.
