Role Description The Sales Associate role at Kotn is an on-site position based in Montreal, QC. This role is responsible for welcoming customers, providing product information, and offering styling guidance to support a thoughtful and enjoyable shopping experience. Day-to-day tasks include assisting customers with size and fit, processing transactions, maintaining store cleanliness and merchandising standards, and restocking inventory. The Sales Associate also supports store operations by handling customer inquiries, managing returns and exchanges, and contributing to sales goals through attentive, service-focused engagement. Qualifications Customer service and communication skills to engage thoughtfully with shoppers and understand their needs. Sales and retail experience, including comfort with POS systems and handling cash or card transactions. Attention to detail in merchandising, visual presentation, and store maintenance. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment and contribute to shared sales targets. Interest in apparel, product quality, and sustainable or responsible business practices. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Proficiency in French Previous experience in retail apparel or lifestyle brands is an advantage but not required.
