We are seeking a Senior Consultant to support delivery across a range of transformation initiatives for Property & Casualty (P&C), Life & Health (L&H), and Workers’ Compensation organizations. What you will do Support the delivery of client engagements by owning key analyses, work products, and deliverables. Contribute to strategic and operational transformation initiatives spanning front-, middle-, and back-office functions, covering core areas such as Digital, Distribution, Underwriting, Claims, Policy Administration, and related functions. Conduct current-state assessments, process mapping, data analysis, and future-state design – helping answer questions such as where an insurer should play, how work should be organized, which processes can be simplified, and how technology and data can improve decisions and customer experience. Prepare high-quality, client-ready materials including presentations, models, and reports, with a strong eye for detail and accuracy. Support Managers and Senior Managers in orchestrating across workstreams, managing dependencies, and meeting project milestones, including on large-scale technology-enabled business transformations where relevant. Build strong working relationships with client team members and internal stakeholders; this is a client-facing role so you should enjoy working side-by-side with clients to identify, assess, and solution problems. Participate in knowledge sharing, practice initiatives, and thought leadership focused on Insurance trends, transformation, and sustainable growth. What you bring to the role 3–5 years of consulting and/or Financial Services industry experience, preferably in Insurance (P&C, Life & Health, and/or Workers’ Compensation). Experience supporting strategic or operational change such as growth strategy, target operating model design, process improvement, customer experience, or business transformation. Experience working with core insurance technology platforms is an asset. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with genuine curiosity about how to identify, assess, and solve complex insurance problems Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across stakeholder groups. You are collaborative, hard-working, motivated, easy to work with, excited to learn, and attentive to the details that make client deliverables excellent. Undergraduate degree required; progress toward an MBA, PMP, insurance designation (e.g., CIP, CRM), or other relevant professional designation is an asset. Exposure to large-scale technology-enabled transformations, such as policy / claims administration system implementations, is as also valued. A genuine interest in using the latest technology to improve ways of working and customer outcomes is important; experience exploring, solutioning, piloting, and/or deploying AI into day-to-day operations is an asset. KPMG Ontario Region Pay Range Information The expected base salary range for this position is $95,000 to $107,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. Requirements

Candidates must have 3–5 years of consulting or financial services experience, preferably within the insurance sector. An undergraduate degree is required, with preference given to those pursuing an MBA, PMP, or relevant insurance designations.
