Job summary
Position Summary The student supports the Operations and Maintenance team with administrative, inventory, and general office-related tasks at the wind farm sites. The position provides students with exposure to renewable energy operations while assisting with the day-to-day coordination and organization of maintenance activities. Accountabilities Assist with inventory management, including tracking materials, tools, spare parts, and consumables. Maintain and update inventory records, databases, and filing systems. Support administrative functions such as data entry, document organization, and report preparation. Assist in coordinating deliveries, shipments, and material storage. Support the Operations and Maintenance team with general office tasks and special projects. Ensure all documentation is organized, accurate, and maintained in accordance with company requirements. Follow all company health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures. Qualifications Currently enrolled in high school and returning to school in the fall. Interest in renewable energy, business administration, logistics, or a related field is considered an asset. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively. Reliable, responsible, and eager to learn. Every employee must implement Kruger environmental policy in their daily tasks.
