What you’ll do

Lead novel agentic AI research and development, define the deep-tech agenda, and create reference architectures and evaluation frameworks. Own the autonomy roadmap, transfer deep-tech intellectual property to the CoE and pods, and maintain the technical peer relationship with Anthropic.

Requirements

A Ph.D. is explicitly required, along with distinguished-level expertise in agentic AI and LLM research and development. Candidates should have depth in evaluation and guardrails and credibility with frontier AI peers; published research, patents, and mastery of the Anthropic stack are preferred.
