Workday Prism Analytics Architect Must-Have Skills: Strong hands-on experience in Workday Prism Analytics. Expertise in Data Ingestion, Data Transformation, Data Modeling, and Publishing. Workday Reporting, Custom Reports, and Dashboards. Strong knowledge of Workday HCM and/or Financial Management. Experience integrating Workday and external data sources. Enterprise Solution Architecture and Stakeholder Management. 2. Workday Extend Architect Must-Have Skills: Strong hands-on experience in Workday Extend Architecture and Development. Expertise in Extend Applications, Orchestrations, and APIs. Strong knowledge of Workday Data Models, Business Processes, and Security. Experience with Workday and third-party application integrations. Enterprise Application Architecture and Technical Leadership. Requirements

Requires 10–20 years of experience and strong hands-on expertise in Workday Prism Analytics or Workday Extend architecture and development. Candidates should have knowledge of Workday HCM or Financial Management, Workday data models, business processes, security, integrations, enterprise architecture, and stakeholder or client communication.
