There must be a reason they stay (and it's not just the donuts on Wednesdays)! What You'll Do Program parts for CNC machines by reading and interpreting approved fabrication drawings. Analyze drawings and sketches to determine machining methods, materials, and setups. Translate 2D or 3D drawings into machine-readable programs for CNC routers, including material requirements. Support daily production to ensure client needs are met. Develop, implement, and optimize CNC programs for new materials. Program nesting configurations to optimize material use. Create prototypes, samples, and templates. What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in AutoCAD/CNC programming and setup, preferably in a woodwork/millwork shop. Cabinetmaking experience is a plus. Knowledge of Biesse software is an asset. Proficiency in MasterCAM and MS Office. Comfortable using both basic and advanced measuring equipment.
