This position is responsible for assisting Store Manager in achieving store sales goals in conjunction with reaching individual sales goals established by the management team. Demonstrate fundamental product knowledge (features, benefits, usage) and application techniques. Provide service and beauty advice Generate sales to achieve sales target by applying brand selling method, product knowledge and able to follow basic service flow. Maximize selling opportunity by link-selling. Support daily operations at point of sales (POS) activities. Enforce company policies and procedures. Follow brand CRM procedures to recruit and retain customers. Maintaining the counter/store quality and merchandising: maintain appearance and cleanliness of the store, merchandising, ensure on shelf product availability Responsible to acknowledge/record all customer complain and issues and deliver it to the store manager Communicate to Store Manager useful information about competition, clients or all other key events. Perform open and closing procedures for the store. Attend all scheduled shifts. What Do You Need To Succeed Retail and/or cosmetic experience preferred Prior key holder experience preferred Customer service experience Great communication skills Diligent and responsible attitude Analytical skills Basic computer skills Must be willing to work flexible hours and to work nights and weekends High School Diploma or GED required Must be 18 years or older Physical Environment: Must be able to work on the sales floor for extended periods, walk up and down a flight of stairs and/or ladder as necessary, and lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis English mandatory, second language an asset We’re committed to guaranteeing inclusive recruitment processes and to advocating for hiring and promoting each candidate in an ethical and equitable way.
