Overview JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Driver to support Ladder to Learning’s mission by safely and efficiently connecting people, partners, and resources from where they are to where they are needed most. This role is key to helping the organisation reach new communities and deliver impact on the ground. Key Responsibilities Transport Services: Safely transport staff, partners, volunteers, and materials, ensuring timely travel, efficient routing, airport support, and reliable delivery and collection of documents and items. Vehicle Management: Ensure vehicle roadworthiness, compliance, and cleanliness through regular checks and proper handling. Vehicle Maintenance: Coordinate servicing and minor repairs, and safeguard vehicle tools, accessories, and spare parts. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records including logbooks, fuel usage, servicing history, and trip reports, ensuring all trips are authorised and properly documented. Compliance & Conduct: Adhere to traffic laws and organisational policies, maintain professionalism and confidentiality, ensure authorised vehicle use only, minimise travel risks, and report any incidents promptly. Administrative Support: Provide basic clerical and logistical support as needed to support daily operations.
