Position Overview Lambert Nemec Group is partnering with a respected organization in their search for a Territory Manager to take ownership of a broad North American territory within their agricultural business. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional who enjoys being in the field, developing dealer relationships, opening new accounts, and directly contributing to revenue growth. The successful candidate will inherit an established customer base while having significant opportunity to expand the dealer network and develop new markets across Western Canada and the United States. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow relationships with an established network of agricultural equipment dealers Identify and pursue new dealerships that can expand product reach and market coverage Develop sales opportunities with both dealers and direct customers across the territory Build territory plans focused on increasing sales, market penetration, and dealer engagement Maintain regular in-person contact with customers and dealers through extensive territory travel Monitor market conditions, competitor activity, customer requirements, and emerging opportunities Follow up on leads and opportunities generated through prospecting, dealer relationships, and industry events Participate in agricultural trade shows and industry events throughout North America Requirements 3+ years of experience in territory sales, preferably within agricultural equipment Proven experience developing and maintaining dealer or distribution relationships Demonstrated ability to prospect for new business and develop new accounts Strong understanding of agricultural equipment sales and the dealer environment Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable with frequent travel throughout Canada and the United States, including approximately 20+ weeks on the road annually Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout North America Rewards Starting base salary of $70,000, with flexibility for an exceptional candidate Progressive, uncapped commission structure with significant earning potential Existing sales territory and dealer relationships provide an immediate foundation for commission earnings Company-provided cell phone Opportunity to take ownership of a large North American territory and directly influence sales growth To Apply If you are interested in this opportunity, please forward your resume (in Word format) directly to Brett Bell, Senior Consultant at [email protected], referencing “Territory Manager” in the subject line of your email.
