Product Manager

Job summary

Manage complex banking products and services, overseeing multiple medium-to-large projects and timelines. Build positive relationships with unit managers and communicate project information to all levels of bank management.

Pay Range: CAD 55-60/hr · Minimum 3 years of product management experience · Minimum 3 years of banking/ financial services experience · Minimum 2 years of experience managing medium to large projects Additional Qualifications · Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience. · Excellent organizational, problem solving, analytical, planning, and scheduling skills. · Strong leadership and negotiation skills. Extensive industry/business knowledge. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as, strong presentation skills. · Proven experience in demonstrating initiative in creating and maintaining positive business relationships with various unit managers. . · Project management experience with the ability to concurrently manage multiple projects and timeframes is necessary. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary to prepare comprehensive reports, make presentations and communicate with all levels of Bank management. · Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are essential; Access and other advanced programs would be beneficial. · Manages more complex products and services for the bank. · Strong leadership and negotiation skills required. · Demonstrates good knowledge of banking. · Strong project management, organizational and analytical skills required.

Requirements

Requires at least three years of product management and banking or financial services experience, plus at least two years managing medium-to-large projects. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, along with strong project management, analytical, organizational, leadership, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
