Job summary
Pay Range: CAD 55-60/hr Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects| including initiation| planning| execution| monitoring| and closure. Collaborate with business stakeholders| product owners| architects| developers| QA teams| and vendors to define project scope and objectives. Develop and maintain project plans| schedules| budgets| RAID logs| and status reports. Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams. Ensure successful implementation of Salesforce solutions such as Sales Cloud| Service Cloud| Experience Cloud| Marketing Cloud| or Salesforce integrations. Drive requirements gathering| solution design workshops| user acceptance testing (UAT)| deployment planning| and hypercare support. Identify and mitigate project risks| issues| dependencies| and change requests. Track project progress against milestones and provide regular executive-level status updates. Ensure adherence to PMO governance| delivery standards| and compliance requirements. Facilitate communication between technical and business teams to ensure alignment and successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.
