We’re Hiring: Automotive Sales Representative Our team is expanding! We are looking for a driven sales professional who knows the dealership floor and excels at closing. Requirements: 🚗 Direct dealership experience (Required) 📜 Active VSA license (Required) 🎯 Proven track record of hitting targets Qualifications Strong customer service, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage thoughtfully with a diverse range of guests. Sales, negotiation, and consultative selling skills, including experience guiding clients through high-value purchase decisions. Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain vehicle features, pricing, and financing options in an accessible manner. Basic technology and computer literacy, including comfort with CRM systems, email, and dealership software. Ability to work on-site full-time, including evenings and weekends as required in a retail automotive environment. Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach with strong time management and organizational skills. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and confidence conducting test drives with guests. Previous automotive sales or retail sales experience is an MUST; familiarity with luxury brands.
