Serve as the technical lead for civil engineering designs for landside and airside airport infrastructure while supervising design staff. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, PE registration, and over 15 years of progressive experience in aviation civil engineering. Must have a proven track record in business development and deep knowledge of FAA Advisory Circulars.
