Senior Manager / Manager – Public Accounting Our client is seeking an experienced CPA with 7+ years of public accounting experience to join a collaborative and growing firm. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing review and compilation engagements, preparing and reviewing corporate and personal tax returns, and mentoring junior team members. This individual will be responsible for coaching staff, reviewing day-to-day client work, and ensuring high-quality client service while remaining current on Canadian accounting standards and tax legislation . The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with QuickBooks and CaseWare, along with a thorough understanding of Canadian tax compliance. Experience preparing trust returns and investment corporation tax returns would be considered a strong asset. Strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills are essential, particularly for candidates interested in working remotely and collaborating with colleagues through Microsoft Team s.
