We're looking for an experienced Program Director to lead a major Business Technology Transformation Program . What You'll Do Lead a large enterprise technology transformation program. Build and oversee program governance, planning, budgets, timelines, and delivery. Partner with senior leaders to define strategy and business priorities. Guide and mentor project managers and delivery teams. Manage executive stakeholders and provide regular program updates. Improve PMO standards, project management processes, and best practices. What We're Looking For 10+ years of IT Program Management experience. Proven success leading large enterprise transformation programs. Experience establishing PMO or program governance. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. PMP certification (required). PgMP certification (preferred). Experience in Higher Education or the Public Sector is an asset. Requirements

Candidates should have over 10 years of IT Program Management experience with proven success in leading large enterprise transformation programs. A PMP certification is required, while a PgMP certification is preferred, along with experience in Higher Education or the Public Sector being an asset.
