Join our small, young, and dynamic team as we evolve into an industry leader. Position Overview The Junior Inside Sales role is pivotal to LAE’s continued success. Acting as the bloodstream of the company, this position supports the sales department in developing new strategic alliances and managing the early stages of the sales cycle. Based in our Downtown Vancouver office, this role offers a unique opportunity to learn from our project management team, attend industry events, and grow within an entrepreneurial culture. While we offer occasional work-from-home flexibility, we strongly believe in in-person team building and relationship development, making regular office attendance mandatory. Key Responsibilities • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to new clients via email, phone, networking, and publishing initiatives. • Market Research: Create and maintain targeted prospecting lists and stay informed on government incentives within key markets. • CRM Management: Accurately update our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system throughout the entire sales cycle. • Sales Support: Assist in the preparation of proposals, estimates, and presentations; schedule meetings for senior team members. • Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients and partner with local associations. • Industry Engagement: Conduct "lunch and learn" sessions, attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to represent LAE as needed. • Performance: Meet defined sales objectives, targets, and activity metrics. Professional Requirements • Education: Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. • Experience: Previous experience in sales or a client-facing role is preferred. Knowledge of the real estate or construction industries is a significant plus. • Industry Knowledge: A strong interest in the EV charging, energy storage, or clean tech sectors is essential.
