Job summary

Position Summary Reporting to the Production Team Leader, you’ll ensure the smooth operation of production equipment and product quality. You’ll contribute to safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement of your work environment Responsibilities You contribute to achieving the company’s objectives through the following actions: Apply and promote safety standards Record production data accurately and report issues that may impact safety, quality, or productivity; Sanitation Disassemble and reassemble equipment for cleaning and sanitation purposes; Perform manual cleaning and CIP (Clean-in-Place) procedures to ensure sanitation standards are met; Complete sanitation documentation and report food safety or sanitation concerns; Operations Operate, monitor and troubleshoot production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and quality production; Assist with equipment adjustments, troubleshooting, and changeovers; Monitor product quality and equipment performance, adjusting as required; Rotate through different production areas and provide coverage for team members as required; Requirements We are looking for someone who can: Manage priorities and multiple tasks effectively Be comfortable with computerized technologies (touchscreens) Make quick decisions, even under pressure Provide practical, concrete solutions Demonstrate strong communication skills Exhibit collaborative leadership Bring relevant experience in a manufacturing environment Salary Starting wage of $23.77 /h, increasing up to $35.45/h depending on experience
